Lia has joined NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA’s program for startups building with AI and accelerated computing. Our membership was approved in October 2026. For Lia, the opportunity is practical: access to technical resources and a broader developer ecosystem as we build around the work mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions need to complete every day.
The work between systems slows the loan
A borrower sends a document. Someone checks whether it is complete, compares it with the application, updates the loan record, and asks for what is still missing. The same pattern repeats across calls, inboxes, document portals, CRM records, and the loan origination system. Each handoff asks the team to reconstruct context before it can move the file forward. Lia brings that context into one connected workflow.
From a borrower conversation to a complete application
Lia captures application details through voice AI, reads uploaded documents, and uses the information to populate application fields. It identifies outstanding requirements and follows up on the institution’s cadence. As new information arrives, the workflow can continue from the latest file context, with organized documents and application updates carried into connected systems. The aim is straightforward: help lending teams spend less time chasing the file and more time serving the borrower.

Processing requires more than a collected PDF. Teams need to understand what a document supports, what remains unresolved, and which requirement comes next. Lia connects application data, documents, conditions, and institutional guidelines so review and follow-through stay tied to the file. Permissions, applicable policies, and workflow configuration determine the work Lia can perform and the results it writes back to the LOS.

NVIDIA Inception gives members access to developer tools, technical training, selected hardware and software offers, and opportunities to connect with NVIDIA’s startup and investor ecosystem. These resources give our team more ways to evaluate technologies for document understanding, reasoning, and connected workflow execution. Membership is a resource for building; it does not change the policies or permissions an institution sets for Lia.
What comes next for Lia
Our focus remains on reliable execution across origination, borrower intake, processing, and underwriting. That means carrying the right context into the next action, keeping unresolved evidence visible, and making the status of automatic work clear. We will evaluate new tools against those operating needs and expand workflows based on what representative files show. For institutions evaluating Lia, the starting point remains a specific workflow, the systems it touches, and the outcomes the team needs to see.
