SM Innovations LLC ("we", "us", "Lia") operates trylia.ai and related services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, and professional credentials when creating an account. We also collect mortgage pipeline data, contact records, call transcripts, and communications you create or upload while using the service. Usage data such as feature interactions, session logs, and device information is collected automatically.
We use your information to provide and improve the Lia service, authenticate your account, process transactions, send service communications, and generate AI-powered insights within your account. We do not use your data to train general AI models without explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data with service providers who operate under confidentiality agreements (cloud hosting, payment processing, authentication). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights of SM Innovations or its users.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@sminnovations.co. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days following deletion.
If you opt in to SMS messaging, your phone number is used solely to deliver pipeline alerts, briefings, and service notifications through the Lia platform. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
To the extent Lia processes non-public personal financial information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with GLBA requirements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@sminnovations.co. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
